Brief Summary:
This workshop offers a framework for understanding, experiencing, and developing gratitude — but more than anything, it’s a direct immersion into three powerful gratitude practices.
You’ll take part in a guided meditation that moves gratitude through the body, a relational exercise that surfaces gratitude you didn’t know was there, and a heartfelt writing practice exploring some of gratitude’s deepest sources.
Along the way, we’ll explore a striking convergence between the core Buddhist teaching on gratitude and one of contemporary psychology’s best-studied practices.
Come ready to feel connected, uplifted, and equipped with practices you can carry with you long after the evening ends.
Cost:
Offered on the gift economy (aka, on donation).
Please note that offered on donation does not mean “low value” or “only sign up because no payment is required.” Please only join if you genuinely intend to come.
