The Underlying Approach
My primary mission in teaching is to help people establish and/or deepen themselves in the Noble Eightfold Path.
I’m not interested in dogmas, empty rules, or some intellectual Buddhism, but rather a wholehearted exploration of what it is to embody the dhamma in every moment of our lives.
In turn, the people who tend to resonate most with this teaching style seem to be those who already understand some of the basics, are specifically interested in Buddhism as a life path, and are looking for a deeper dive into into how one really lives these teachings — not just meditation, but ethics, wisdom, and the fullness of the path.
The Core Teachings in Ten Talks
What follows are ten 13-ish minute talks that cover the foundations. Each of these are just the tip of iceberg, but added together they give a decent sense of whole picture.
While I recorded them in a certain order, you are are welcome to bounce around, like one might do in a musical album.
You can click the link to get the individual talks, or scroll the player at the bottom to see them all.

The main two books I recommend to people are “Relax & Be Aware,” by Sayadaw U Tejaniya, which captures well my meditative sensibilities, and “The Issue at Hand,” by Gil Fronsdal, which captures well my broader Buddhist sensibilities.
