There is no set end point, and you are welcome to come and go as you please. Although, we’ll do a community 5-minute meditation before we begin eating, if you want to be here for that!
Bring your own bowl/plate/utensils/water.
It’s not a requirement to bring any food, though of course awesome if you’re able! It’s always appreciated to label if what you bring has things like gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, meat, soy, etc.
